Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Storekeeper / Supervisor (Foreman) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Logistics Coordination: Manage and ensure efficient coordination of all logistical operations related to construction materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Material Inventory Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all construction materials and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained for smooth workflow.
- Labor Deployment Management: Effectively manage the deployment and utilization of laborers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Driver Coordination: Organize and assign drivers for the timely and safe transportation of materials, equipment, and workers.
- Waste Collection and Disposal: Oversee the collection and proper disposal of waste materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Labor Accommodation Management: Manage accommodation arrangements for workers, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for the workforce.
- Procurement Assistance: Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and tools needed for the construction project.
- Site Safety and Compliance: Monitor safety practices on-site, ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:
