Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production of Precast and Ready-mix Concrete.
• Monitor workflow and resolve production issues.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare production and quality control reports.
• Knowledge of DCL and DM requirements.
• Familiarity with Concrete Mix Designs.

Landscape Elements a leading manufacturer of GRC GRP UHPC Decorative Precast Concrete products and Ready-mix Concrete is looking for an experienced Lab Technician to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management quality control and team leadership in Precast /Ready-mix Concrete industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production of Precast Concrete products and Ready-mix Concrete to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow resolve production issues and optimize processes to improve productivity.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.
• Complete knowledge of DCL and DM requirements related to production documentation and audit.
• Knowledge of Concrete Mix Designs and quality management.

Required Experience

• Manager
