Your Tasks
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Director to develop and execute warehousing and logistics strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective supply chain and customer management relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage the current warehousing and supply chain infrastructure, including LSP warehouse and transport.
- Oversee all primary and secondary transportation contracts, vendor management, and development.
- Lead the customer service team to support and deliver high growth business through excellent service levels and issue resolution.
- Optimize distribution and logistics costs (inbound and outbound) and introduce innovative approaches and industry best practices.
- Lead network studies with the Planning head to support long-term supply chain strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and drive operational excellence in distributor operations.
- Monitor distributor performance, identify improvement areas, and work closely with them.
- Track and report service KPIs, analyze root causes for gaps, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Sales teams to align customer orders with stock availability and support new product launches.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Preferably 6 years of experience in supply chain roles such as demand planning, supply planning, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- ERP experience, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage.
