Role & Responsibilities
Demand Management
  • In Demand planning, oversee the consolidation of one complete, up-to-date demand picture (value, product quantities, workload requirements), using large complex data sets themselves and with their team, meeting with business leads to challenge and agree a demand picture, getting demand owners to correct data at source, and validating it to feed into the S&OP cycle.
  • Responsible for making sure there is a reliable demand figure reached collectively, and the demand is properly planned.
  • Manage forecasts (demand plan) for all sources of demand (spares, repairs, retrofit…).
  • Responsible for forecasting data for the relevant Program Departments.
  • Develops demand scenarios with program teams based on client information.
  • Reconciles repairs received with the forecast, analyzes and addresses discrepancies to maintain consistency with S&OP.
  • Analyzes market shares and sales forecasts with the relevant authorities.
  • Participates in the construction of the MYB by consolidating needs forecasts.
  • Ensures the development of precise forecast performance indicators.
  • Manages the start-up and end-of-life of finished products in conjunction with the relevant departments.
Sales and Operations Planning
  • Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative data to support strategic decisions.
  • Control Monthly S&OP cycle with repair Stations and Supply Chain.
  • Understand key performance indicators related to S&OP to evaluate and monitor the process (output adherence, capacity adherence…).
  • Control S&OP tools and software (ERP, Pack office etc.).
  • Communicates the validated plan to S&OP.
  • Communicates changes to be implemented in the flow configuration (decoupling points, target stocks, etc.).
  • Identifies potential bottlenecks (upside and downside) & possible actions.
  • Assesses the feasibility and consequences of actions to prepare decisions to be submitted to the Executive S&OP.
  • Ensures the proper implementation of the strategic plan in Middle East S&OP.
Work Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain with Experience with demand planning (spares, repairs, retrofit).

Educational requirements

Master's degree in Logistics / Management / Data

Training in Industrial Logistics
