We are hiring for our client, a leading international product-based industry, for a Piping Designer position in Abu Dhabi.

1. Support in developing unit plot plans, equipment layouts, WHP, process platforms, FPSO.
2. Model piping and equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, knockout drums, moisture separators, air coolers, PSV, flare headers, vessels, drums, and pipe racks.
3. Create MTOs and GA drawings, perform extraction, clash detection, and resolution.
4. Conduct stress isometric extraction, model updates, client review tagging, and resolve issues.
5. Check stress isometrics and 3D models.
6. Possess good knowledge of concept layout studies, MTO, vendor package review, and optimization studies.
7. Have knowledge of support modeling (MDS).
8. Involved in iso extraction, back drafting, and project releases.
9. Experience with special support drafting.
10. Support 3D modeling of piping, equipment, and structural skids with safety and maintenance considerations.
11. Be proficient in piping isometric spool drawings, MTO, and vessel trims.
12. Prepare nozzle elevation and orientation drawings for tanks and equipment.
13. Expertise in piping design for systems like pump piping, column piping, pipe racks, heat exchangers, tanks, air coolers, and compressors.
14. Review isometrics for P&ID compliance, hookups, material specs, and line lists.
15. Ability to prepare and review piping layouts, isometrics, equipment layouts, plot plans, emergency escape layouts, nozzle orientations, underground coordination plans, line lists, and critical line lists.
