Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings shop drawings joinery drawings and as‑built documentation using AutoCAD or other drafting software.

• Develop plans elevations sections details and 3D drawings as required for project execution.

• Coordinate with architects structural engineers MEP teams and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.

• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes local municipality regulations and authority submission standards.

• Provide support during project design and construction phases including site measurements and inspections.

• Update and revise drawings based on consultant/client comments RFI responses and site conditions.

• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper documentation control.

• Assist in preparing authority submission packages and follow up on approvals when needed.

• Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and ensure high‑quality output.
