- Manage the full sales cycle across luxury residential and investment properties

- Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics
- Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE Real Estate market
- Strong background in the luxury property segment
- Ability to consistently close 50000 AED per month in commissions
- Valid RERA certification is mandatory
- Proven record of at least 12 closed deals per year (deal list required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skills
- Motivated, target-driven and committed to high performance
