Job summary
A leading staffing agency is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support high-end residential facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing preventive as well as corrective maintenance across various systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Candidates should have proven experience in similar environments, be fluent in Arabic, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The role offers a salary in the range of AED 6,000 to 7,000 plus benefits as per UAE labor law.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with family members and guests.

This role requires a reliable and skilled individual responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of residential facilities, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
- Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex maintenance tasks.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with family members and guests.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of new equipment and systems as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Formal training or certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software is advantageous.
- Availability for emergency and on-call maintenance as required.
Benefits
Salary: AED 6,000 to 7,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
