Objectives of this Role The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards.

• Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs.
• Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
