Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete all production/butchery activities as per the Operation Procedures.
• Slicing/Cutting/Calibration activities/Deboning of Chicken & Meat Products.
• Ensure maximum yield and minimum wastage as per product specifications.
• Identify problems and inform Shift Supervisor of deviations.
• Willingness to work weekends and in lower temperature conditions.
