This role is crucial for ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in optimal condition, allowing for efficient operations and a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, grills, and refrigeration units.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize disruption.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for repairs.
