Job Title -Senior System Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Architect to design, define, and oversee the overall system architecture across enterprise platforms and technology solutions. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures while ensuring alignment with technology strategy and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands‑on expertise across modern systems and integrations.

• Define end-to-end system architecture for enterprise applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and solution design documents.

• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices across systems and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve system performance and scalability.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with long‑term technology roadmap and business strategy.

• Design integration architecture between applications, databases, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and system reliability across platforms.
• Guide teams on cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid infrastructure design decisions.

• Ensure system designs meet security, compliance, and data‑protection requirements.
• Define performance benchmarks, scalability strategies, and disaster‑recovery frameworks.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
• Review solution designs, code architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Support project planning, estimation, and technical execution across initiatives.
• Ensure architectural compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide expert‑level solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in system architecture, solution architecture, or senior technical roles.
• Strong experience designing enterprise‑level systems and distributed architectures.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Experience with system documentation, architecture frameworks, and governance models.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
