Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues.
2. Ensure proper functioning of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize warehouse operations.
3. Configure systems and maintain system integration, including checking system performance.
4. Conduct user training related to WMS.
5. Create problem reports and escalation tickets as needed.
6. Perform stock count setups.
7. Apply problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
8. Maintain good communication skills for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Additional certifications in SQL and Oracle are preferred.
