Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet planned targets and customer requirements.
• Assign tasks to production staff, monitor workflow, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot production issues to minimize disruptions.
• Track production metrics and implement corrective measures when required.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations to enhance team competency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
• Support new product trials and production line enhancements.
