About the Role:
As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance in off-plan property investments, managing a motivated team, and helping scale our operation to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of property sales consultants
• Oversee performance, KPIs, and training to ensure consistent results
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive off-plan property sales
• Work closely with senior management on team expansion and recruitment
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and investment trends
• Foster a professional, high-energy, and collaborative sales culture

Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally off-plan developments
• Leadership experience managing a sales team in a high-performance environment
• Strong understanding of property investment landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
