Job summary
A leading energy company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of offshore wind projects. The role covers project planning, budget management, and coordination across various teams to ensure delivery within schedule and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in offshore energy, particularly in wind projects, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management within the offshore energy sector.
- At least 5 years in offshore wind project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Drive performance and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support contract management and negotiation activities.

This role involves coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder teams from project initiation through to completion.
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Drive performance and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support contract management and negotiation activities.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management within the offshore energy sector.
- At least 5 years in offshore wind project delivery.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
