Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist project managers in coordinating activities, schedules, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management and 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration, particularly in roofing or manufacturing. Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills are essential. Join a dynamic team that promotes growth and development within a human-centric organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration in roofing/cladding or production/manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
- Support project teams in managing and resolving project-related challenges.
