This role will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand development, and positioning Freedx as a leader in the cryptocurrency exchange market.Key Responsibilities: Day 1 (Launch Phase):Develop marketing strategy and go-to-market planEstablish brand guidelines and positioning for FreedxSet up key marketing channels and platformsCreate a launch campaign for the exchangeEstablish KPIs and analytics tools for measuring marketing effectivenessContinue growing and optimising the marketing team.On-going: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channelsManage and grow the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing activitiesOversee brand development and marketing communicationsAnalyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies for new features and productsManage marketing budget and optimize resource allocationOversee content creation and distribution across various platformsPlan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retentionStay informed about industry trends and competitor activitiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goalsProvide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to leadershipQualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industriesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
