A prominent construction firm in the UAE is seeking a Formwork Foreman to supervise and coordinate formwork operations for various concrete structures. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 10 years of UAE experience in midrise and highrise buildings, with a proven track record of executing residential projects from start to handover. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of UAE experience in buildings (Midrise & Highrise).
• Executed and completed 2 to 3 residential buildings from start to hand-over.
• Attested certificates for specialized formwork training if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the formwork crew.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Plan and execute formwork, shuttering and scaffolding work.
• Monitor effective utilization of machinery and manpower.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
