• Chiller System Maintenance: Proficient in routine servicing, refrigerant management, and component replacement for centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Skilled in identifying faults in compressors, evaporators, condensers, and control panels, and executing timely corrective actions.
• Startup & Shutdown Procedures: Experienced in safe and efficient commissioning and decommissioning of chiller systems.
• Control Systems & BMS Integration: Familiar with chiller control logic and integration with Building Management Systems for performance monitoring.
• Water Treatment & Flow Management: Knowledgeable in maintaining water quality and managing chilled water flow to prevent scaling and corrosion.
