Job summary
A leading global e-commerce company is seeking an Area Manager for its Fulfillment Center in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing a logistics team of 80 to 120 associates, ensuring safety standards are met, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience at Amazon, along with skills in performance metrics and process improvement. A flexible schedule is required for this dynamic position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon experience.
- 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 80 to 120 associates in the logistics team.
- Safeguard team safety and promote Amazon’s Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure workflows run smoothly to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Improve and streamline processes effectively.
