Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret laws and regulations from financial regulatory authorities.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies and controls.
- Provide compliance advice for new products and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the compliance portal with updated policies.
- Develop and execute a compliance monitoring plan.
- Prepare compliance reports and track corrective actions.
- Deliver compliance training to employees.
- Communicate urgent regulatory changes through memos.
- Participate in compliance due diligence for partners.
- Prepare reports for management and regulators.
