Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies and controls.
• Provide compliance advice for new products and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain the compliance portal with updated policies.
• Develop and execute a compliance monitoring plan.
• Prepare compliance reports and track corrective actions.
• Deliver compliance training to employees.
• Communicate urgent regulatory changes through memos.
• Participate in compliance due diligence for partners.
• Prepare reports for management and regulators.
