Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualified experience in finance leadership with a focus on regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with local regulatory frameworks (e.g. DFSA) and international reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial regulatory reporting across the GCC entities.
• Monitor and manage regulatory capital and liquidity requirements.
• Lead audit coordination for annual statutory financial statements.
