Job Description: As a Hairstylist, you will play a key role in providing professional hair care and styling services to our clients. From classic cuts to trendy hairstyles, you will use your creativity and expertise to deliver personalized services tailored to each client's preferences and needs. With a passion for hair styling and a commitment to excellence, you will contribute to our salon's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understanding clients' needs and desires, discussing hairstyle options, and providing recommendations based on their hair type, face shape, and preferences.
• Haircutting and Styling: Performing haircuts, blowouts, styling, and other hair treatments according to the latest trends and techniques while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coloring and Highlights: Applying hair color, highlights, lowlights, and other coloring techniques proficiently, taking into account clients' skin tone and hair condition.
• Hair Treatments: Administering various hair treatments such as keratin treatments, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments to improve hair health and appearance.
• Knowledge of Products: Being knowledgeable about different hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, and recommending the most suitable ones for clients' hair types and concerns.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the salon station and tools clean and sanitized to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and colleagues.
• Client Retention: Building rapport with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring repeat business through personalized attention and quality hair services.
• Continued Education: Staying updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training to enhance skills and expertise.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other salon staff members, such as receptionists and other stylists, to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive work environment.
• Adhering to Regulations: Following all local regulations and guidelines related to salon operations, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:-

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of a wide range of hair care products and their application techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to different client preferences, hair types, and styling trends.
• Formal training and certification from a recognized cosmetology or hairstyling school.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working as a hairstylist in a salon environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for the art of hairstyling.
• Valid cosmetology license or hairstylist certification (if required by local regulations).
