Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients in buying or selling properties.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized property solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and market research to present clients with the best options.
• Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and transparent dealings.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English and Hindi.

Preferably have 3-5 years of sales experience in Dubai Real Estate.
