    • Oversee resource planning monitor workflows and ensure achievement of SLAs.

    • Drive team productivity and accountability through mentoring and feedback.

  • Client Servicing:

    • Oversee retention strategies and ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts in Property & Casualty.

    • Manage escalations resolve complex client issues and ensure a superior client experience.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the key point of contact for highlevel stakeholders across multiple business segments.

    • Present monthly reports to stakeholders outlining team performance key wins and areas for improvement.

  • Process and Performance Optimization:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and innovation.

    • Utilize advanced critical thinking and change management skills to navigate a dynamic business landscape.

What you need to have:
  • Proven experience in advanced client servicing with a focus on results.

  • Experience: Extensive background 812 years) in the insurance sector and client service is a must.

  • Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills.

  • Expertise in change management and fostering a culture of agility and innovation.

  • Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.

  • Advanced leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and developing highperforming teams.
