We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team while driving client retention process efficiency and operational excellence. As a Portfolio Manager you will collaborate with senior stakeholders innovate within a fastpaced environment and play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives.
Leadership Opportunity: Lead a team of 21 talented professionals and manage complex portfolios.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key leaders across various segments (RM Corporate Multinational Trade Credit) to enhance client servicing strategies.

Team Leadership:
Manage a team of 21 direct reports including coaching performance management and career development.
Oversee resource planning monitor workflows and ensure achievement of SLAs.
Drive team productivity and accountability through mentoring and feedback.
Client Servicing:
Oversee retention strategies and ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts in Property & Casualty.
Manage escalations resolve complex client issues and ensure a superior client experience.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the key point of contact for highlevel stakeholders across multiple business segments.
Present monthly reports to stakeholders outlining team performance key wins and areas for improvement.
Process and Performance Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and innovation.
Utilize advanced critical thinking and change management skills to navigate a dynamic business landscape.
Proven experience in advanced client servicing with a focus on results.
Experience: Extensive background 812 years) in the insurance sector and client service is a must.
Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills.
Expertise in change management and fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
Advanced leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and developing highperforming teams.
Education: Bachelors or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and handling complex portfolios.
Indepth knowledge of insurance broking dynamics and market trends.
Ability to adapt learn quickly and bring innovative solutions to a fastpaced environment.
