Construction Manager - African Nationals - El-Ain, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and design stages through to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to completion
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, resources required etc.
- Monitor progress against project plans; adjust plans as necessary to ensure completion on time and within budget
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee quality control throughout the entire construction process
- Manage and coordinate staff on site; provide guidance/training when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of progress throughout each project
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager (or similar positions) in the construction industry
- Knowledge of local building codes/safety regulations and best practices in construction management
- Excellent organizational/time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate contracts with contractors/suppliers on favorable terms
African nationals preferred but not required. Free visa and ticket will be provided for successful candidates.
