Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM workflows, standards, and execution plans.
• Oversee coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models.
• Provide BIM leadership and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage BIM documentation and ensure consistent data flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct BIM audits, quality checks, and model reviews to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends to improve organizational processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8-10 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong track record working in design consultancy firms in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven BIM management experience on large-scale projects; exposure to 5-star hotel projects is an advantage.
• Strong experience in the UAE/GCC market with knowledge of regional standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
