Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end credit card campaigns, from conceptualization and execution to monitoring and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive credit card acquisition, usage, and retention.
- Design campaign mechanics, including offers, discounts, cashback, rewards, and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Analytics, and Product teams) to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
- Work with creative and media agencies to design promotional materials for digital, print, and on-ground channels.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion, ROI).
- Oversee the delivery of campaign promises (e.g., cashback, gifts, rewards) to customers.
- Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop a robust system to track fulfillment SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with the customer service team to handle queries and escalations related to campaign offers.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools and analytics platforms.
- Create post-campaign reports detailing outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior to refine segmentation strategies and enhance campaign relevance.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks needed for regular reporting and optimization across the entire acquisition pipeline including marketing, sales, channel, offer, campaign and product performance.
- Review data models and algorithms to ensure fit-for-purpose in alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements.
- Partner with IT teams to implement and test campaign-related systems and APIs. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to execute data-driven campaigns and implement required measurement frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor campaigns.
- Propose innovative campaign ideas and fulfillment strategies to differentiate the credit card offering.
- Design and implement an initial first-party-data strategy to improve use of customer data to optimize campaigns and improve overall customer experience.
- Provide guidance on implementing personalization across marketing touchpoints including digital campaigns, CRM campaigns, mobile app and website assets.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in credit card marketing or campaign management.
- Familiarity with banking regulations in campaign execution and fulfillment.
