Job summary
A leading food delivery platform in Dubai is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing food safety training, investigating quality issues, and ensuring adherence to local laws. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in food safety within a retail environment, along with proficiency in Arabic and English. The position requires strong organizational skills and self-motivation to achieve food safety objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Food Safety and Quality/Health and Safety in a large scale retail grocery.
- Proven HACCP knowledge and H&S Standards.
- Experience leveraging technology for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all employees receive food safety training.
- Investigate food safety and quality issues at store and supplier levels.
