A retail supermarket is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily financial operations. Responsibilities include managing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 1-3 years of experience in the retail sector, and proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with retail ERP systems is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience in Retail or Supermarket.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of UAE VAT.
Responsabilités
- Manage daily accounting activities like AP, AR, and ledger reconciliation.
- Oversee Inventory Costing and Stock Control processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare returns.
