Land Surveyor - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for surveying and a strong interest in helping to create efficient, accurate surveys. The position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, minimum 3 years of experience in the field
• Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and related software applications
• Good understanding of land mapping principles
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys, including boundary surveys, topographical surveys & construction layout surveys
• Utilizing all necessary surveying equipment & technology such as GPS systems & laser scanners
• Interpreting survey data & preparing accurate maps/plans/reports for clients using AutoCAD software
• Working with engineering staff for all aspects of projects from planning through completion
• Collecting survey data on topography & property boundaries. Analyzing measurements & making calculations for areas, volumes, distances & angles.
• Identifying property boundaries by analyzing legal descriptions & records such as deeds & titles.
