Land surveyor job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land, as well as interpreting survey data, establishing control networks and preparing legal documents.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in land surveying and have a working knowledge of surveying principles and practices. They must also be highly organized and efficient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the position involves interacting with clients, landowners and other stakeholders. A valid driver’s license is also required.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys to obtain data related to the shape, contour, location and dimensions of parcels of land for use in maps, deeds or other documents. They will also analyze survey data using special computer programs to prepare reports, maps or other documents that meet legal requirements according to local regulations. The Land Surveyor will also be tasked with keeping accurate records of survey work performed by their team and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
