Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys and providing accurate data to clients in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, be highly organized, and have experience with various surveying instruments and software. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret survey results.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare survey plans and maps using data collected from field surveys
• Oversee all aspects of land surveying activities including aerial mapping, boundary markers, topographical surveys, topographic mapping, 3D modeling, etc.
• Use computerized mapping systems to analyze data from field surveys
• Utilize land survey instruments such as transits, levels, theodolites and GPS receivers to perform land surveys
• Interpret survey results accurately and provide detailed reports to clients
• Monitor safety procedures when working on site

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Geomatics or equivalent experience in related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of legal aspects of property boundaries and related laws
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good computer skills including AutoCAD/CATIA/ArcGIS software • Ability to work independently in remote locations • Must possess a valid driving license • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions with physical exertion required (walking, lifting)
