The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic and commercial decision‑making across the Travel Retail Middle East business. You will provide high‑impact analytical support and commercial insights, enhancing performance visibility, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data‑driven actions. The role involves analysing sell‑out and value market share performance, financial data, consumer insights, and retailer trends to support business performance and long‑term growth.

What you'll get to do
Insight & Opportunity Identification
  • Analyse retailer data, sell out and value market share trends, financial KPI’s and consumer insights to uncover growth opportunities and present them in an actionable format.

  • Aggregate and clean data from multiple sources (internal systems, retailer reports, market panels) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Support commercial and strategic planning through scenario modelling, fragrance market forecasting, budgeting and predictive analytics using Excel and Power BI.

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on brand and segment performance (e.g. Prestige, Niche and Lifestyle segment – and levers, Novelty, Value Offer, Core and Sets).

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners using PowerPoint.

  • Respond to urgent data requests, including end‑of‑month performance reviews, retailer scorecards, and business case support.

Performance & Planning Support
  • Build and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards tracking brand performance, category trends, retailer dynamics, and sell‑through trends across TRME.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, commercial, finance, sell through and education) to ensure insights are embedded into commercial planning and execution.

  • Prepare performance reviews and strategic updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Experience in commercial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Experience in Travel Retail, FMCG, or Luxury sectors preferred.

  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, sell‑through dynamics, and retailer scorecards.

  • Familiarity with data governance and reporting standards.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and POWER BI building interactive dashboards, integrating multiple data sources, and visual storytelling.

  • Strong PowerPoint skills crafting executive‑level presentations that distil data into actionable insights.

  • Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong communicator, able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative and agile, comfortable working across functions and geographies.

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving capabilities.
