About the Role

The Business Development Manager - GCC is more than a title. It’s a strategic leadership role for a visionary individual, an industry insider with unparalleled insight into the UAE and GCC hospitality sectors. We’re seeking an ambitious, networked, and results-driven leader to build our brand across key markets, engage with high-value accounts, and forge alliances that set new standards for sustainability and innovation.

Your Mission

  • Shape Market Expansion: Spearhead BE WTR’s growth across the GCC by developing, implementing, and refining strategic initiatives that position BE WTR as the leading sustainable water provider in hospitality.
  • Build Lasting Alliances: Leverage an extensive network within the GCC to secure partnerships with prestigious hotel groups, premium dining establishments, and influential distributors. Become the face of BE WTR to clients who share our values and vision.
  • Champion Key Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring BE WTR becomes an integral part of their sustainability story.
  • Lead Financial Strategy: Oversee P&L for the GCC region, managing budgets and forecasts with an eye for both revenue growth and responsible financial stewardship.
  • Drive Strategic Negotiations: Execute high-stakes contracts and negotiations with influential stakeholders, creating mutual value while upholding BE WTR’s uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Data-Informed Decisions: Harness market insights and analytics to refine strategies, track performance, and consistently elevate BE WTR’s impact and visibility in the region.

  • Industry Authority: You bring at least 5 years of business development or sales leadership, in the UAE/ GCC’s FMCG or hospitality sectors. Your insights and network are a force within the region.
  • Deep GCC Expertise: Your extensive connections within the UAE/GCC hospitality sector mean you’re well-placed to influence key decision-makers in major hotel groups and premium client accounts.
  • Commercial Mastery: A proven ability to drive growth, manage key accounts, and craft strategic partnerships that create value and bolster BE WTR’s market presence.
  • Financial Prowess: Expertise in managing P&L, budgets, and financial planning, ensuring profitable decisions that sustain long-term growth.
