As part of a cutting-edge team you will turn complex financial workflows into seamless intuitive user experiences partnering closely with business analysts product managers and developers to deliver powerful yet elegant solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end design process in Figma flows wireframes prototypes and detailed design specifications.
- Build and maintain a lightweight design system (tokens components accessibility guidelines).
- Design for web and mobile with attention to responsiveness gestures and low-network environments.
- Simplify complex trading rules and workflows into clear user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate gamification elements (progress streaks badges challenges) to enhance engagement and performance.
- Conduct usability testing and iterative improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate within Jira and Confluence providing accurate documentation and supporting the engineering team through development.
- Minimum 4 years experience designing web or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
- Proven ability to convert complex technical or financial processes into intuitive UX flows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (BA, PM and development).
- Solid understanding of Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence) and structured documentation.
- Experience within fintech trading or FX environments.
- Exposure to analytics and behavioural design (Mixpanel GA).
- Basic literacy in HTML / CSS for developer collaboration.
