Job Brief

We are seeking an artistic female interior designer with 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience to undertake a variety of room creation projects. You will handle layouts from conceptual development, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of the design. The goal is to design functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities

1. Determine the client's objectives and needs for each project.
2. Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through it.
3. Sketch initial design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
4. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, wall surfaces, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
5. Develop timelines and estimate project costs.
6. Manage design projects from concept to completion.
7. Translate client requirements into rough plans.
8. Estimate expenses and manage project budgets.
9. Source materials and products.
10. Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to standards.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
