This is an exciting opportunity for candidates based in the UAE, or who are open to relocating to the UAE, as this offer includes a relocation package.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with data and user feedback to get insights, identify opportunities and problems, and develop elegant solutions for the product with clear success criteria.
• Come up with new concepts and translate them into user flows and working prototypes ready to be tested with real customers.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs with real users.
• Work with product managers on putting together interview scripts and participating in testing sessions.
• Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final treatments.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to figure out technical constraints and to bring your beautiful designs to life.
• Ask questions, try new things, and constantly learn and improve.
• Maintain a sky-high bar for all the produced work.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience working in product design
• Can demonstrate proven design skills, experience shipping products, and understand what it takes to build valuable and meaningful experiences.
• Have expertise in Figma and prototyping tools such as Framer, Proprietor, or Principle.
• The ability to speak confidently about your own design work and convince others of your reasoning.
• Understand visual composition, typography, and design heuristics.
• Good familiarity with Apple HID and Google Material Design guidelines.
• Knowledge of UX design best practices and standard patterns to design intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Have a strong empathy towards users, willingness to go out in the field, conduct user research, and user testing.
• You take initiative and have a bias towards action.
