The NOC Coordinator will oversee the process of obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the metro rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase. Responsibilities include coordinating with authorities, stakeholders, and departments to secure approvals timely, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain NOCs.
2. Prepare and submit NOC applications with complete documentation.
3. Monitor application statuses and follow up to expedite approvals.
4. Maintain logs of NOC applications and ensure timely renewals.
5. Provide updates and reports to the project management team.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
7. Liaise with internal departments for necessary information.
8. Address issues raised by authorities.
9. Conduct site visits as needed.
10. Train project team members on NOC procedures.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications in project management or regulatory compliance are desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in obtaining and managing NOCs, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Deep knowledge of NOC-related regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management within transportation projects is advantageous.
