Candidate should have experience and working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding equipment.

Candidate should have experience and working knowledge of overhead crane maintenance with different capacities.

Perform general maintenance of warehouse equipment, which may include troubleshooting conveyors, motors, air compressors, pneumatic devices, compactors, power equipment, printers, machine tools, pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, and other equipment as required.

Ability to connect to PLCs using the maintenance PC system and do basic programming and troubleshooting.

Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all machinery and equipment.

Perform precision maintenance on automated robotic equipment, including preventive maintenance, general upkeep, and daily cleanings. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and alignments.

Ability to diagnose problems for facility and production equipment and make needed repairs, as well as the ability to install new equipment.

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production and facility equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production and facilities equipment during machine service.

Ability to work across all two shifts, weekends, and holidays as required to accomplish facility and production-related tasks.

Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary, and repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.

Providing an intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive maintenance on the production equipment and systems in a large industrial environment.

Day-to-day coverage of production equipment in assigned area: complete scheduled PMs, respond to alarms, solve equipment breakdowns, and fulfill production requests efficiently to minimize downtime.

Strong technical background with experience in production industries preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience working in a post-production/industrial plant.

Electrician license or 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering preferred.

Ability to learn nomenclature of all assigned equipment, products, and quality standards.

Ability to learn to identify product defects.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend written material.
