A leading advisory firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor for the real estate sector. This role entails conducting in-depth market analysis, leading strategic initiatives, and providing insights for urban development and investment portfolios. Candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, as well as expertise in portfolio planning. This position is essential for guiding long-term strategic decisions in significant real estate projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in real estate strategy, consulting, or development advisory.
- Experience with large real estate developers, master planners, or government developers is preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate market analysis, horizon scanning, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead strategic formulation related to land use, portfolio mix, and growth planning.
- Perform feasibility assessments for new projects and redevelopment opportunities.
