A reputable engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Planning Engineer to oversee project scheduling and control functions for large-scale projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in planning, at least 7 years of experience in the Construction or Oil & Gas sectors in the Middle East, and expertise in using Primavera P6. This position offers an opportunity to lead project planning efforts and drive project success through meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Middle East as a Planning Engineer.
• Experience in the Construction or Oil & Gas sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource/cost loading assessments.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
• Lead and mentor junior planners.
