Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a skilled General Technician to perform essential maintenance and repair tasks across various systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a skilled General Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repair tasks in different areas. - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in equipment and facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide support for emergency maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
