Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital development and BIM best practice.
• Familiarity with interoperability between Revit and other discipline-specific software programs.
• General understanding of procedures, company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the model is built in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes across project stages.
• Generate and manage 2D deliverables from the BIM model.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models ensuring timely updates.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure model health compliance.
