Role Overview

The Behavior Therapy Technician will work under the supervision of a licensed Behavior Therapist/Behavior Analyst to support children with developmental behavioral or learning challenges. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, recording data, assisting in therapy sessions, and supporting patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP) as instructed by the supervising therapist.
  • Conduct one-to-one therapy sessions with children using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.
  • Collect, document, and report behavioral data accurately.
  • Support the therapist in creating session materials and activity plans.
  • Monitor the child's progress and provide feedback to the supervising clinician.
Requirements
  • Nationality: Indian (Male)
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science or related field.
  • Licensing: DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) License or DOH Eligibility is mandatory or must be in process.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children in behavior therapy, ABA, special needs or related roles. UAE experience preferred.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
