We are seeking an experiencedTravel PAto join a private family in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a background in travel, such as a travel agent or concierge, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can anticipate the needs of UHNW principals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of family travel including flight bookings, hotel reservations, private transfers, and travel documentation
• Research and secure the best rates, upgrades, and loyalty program benefits
• Travel ahead of the family to prepare and ensure accommodation and arrangements meet standards
• Oversee travel-related budgets, payments, and itinerary management
• While in Dubai, manage the family’s daily schedule, including appointments, bookings, and event coordination
• Act as the point of contact for all travel-related queries and changes

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in travel, ideally from a luxury travel agency or private client setting
• Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals or families is highly desirable
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing last-minute changes and travel emergencies
• Professional, polished, and trustworthy
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
