POSITION OVERVIEW The Staff Nurse plays a critical role in delivering holistic and evidence-based nursing care to individuals, families, groups, and communities across all age groups and clinical settings.

This includes promoting health, preventing illness, and caring for those who are ill, disabled, or dying.

The role also encompasses advocacy, creating safe care environments, contributing to healthcare research, policy, education, and system management.
