Position: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of success in recruiting and be able to work independently.
The main responsibilities of the Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
• Source, recruit and screen potential candidates through job postings, referrals, networking events, job boards etc.
• Evaluate resumes and applications and conduct interviews with qualified candidates
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and local employment laws
• Keep up-to-date records of recruiting activities
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Proven track record of success in recruiting roles is essential
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment principles and practices • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Foreigners are welcome to apply for this role.
